DESIGN PROCESS
Design Consultation begins with an in-depth conversation to develop a scope of what is needed to successfully update the community or model. A visit to the property by the lead designer will be scheduled for projects like clubrooms and common areas. Models can, for the most part, be handled initially through email correspondence. Later, a staff designer will arrive at the community to complete the model installation.
THE DESIGN COMPLETION
Because we are handling multiple projects at the same time, all furniture and accessories are brought into our warehouse and each project is staged. Once the staging is complete, we palletize the furniture and ship it to our receiver in the city where the project is located. Our project team arrives on site and our white glove delivery partner in that area delivers the shipment to the property, sets it up according to our direction and removes all the debris and wrappings.
